Detailed Itinerary

Day 1: Arrival in Srinagar

Our agent will escort you to Srinagar where you will check into your hotel or houseboat. After some rest, begin your experience of Kashmir by walking along it Boulevard Road, cuddled between the mighty Zabarwan Mountains. After that, you may either enjoy a relaxing two-hour Shikara ride on Dal Lake or perhaps explore the local markets for handicrafts and souvenirs.

Day 2: Excursion to Sonamarg (Height 2730m)

After breakfast, its time for the “Meadow of Gold.” The views during the drive are postcard quality. Visit the eternally snowy Thajiwas Glacier and the peaceful Nilagrad River, famous for its red water which is said to have healing properties. Return back to Srinagar in the evening.

Day 3: Srinagar to Pahalgam (88 km / approx. 2.5 hrs)

Day 4: Pahalgam at its Best

Today, after breakfast, take a deeper dive into the magical aura of Pahalgam. Visit Baisaran, also popularly known as “Mini Switzerland” for its bird-eye view panoramic glory and enter into fun activities. The day also promises time by the Lidder River to indulge in water sports and a quiet picnic, culminating with a visit to the enchanting Lolab Valley.

Day 5: Stir from Pahalgam to Gulmarg (136 km / approx. 4 hrs)

Dinner was had, following which the trip will move to Gulmarg-an immensely popular destination of Kashmir. Post-check-in, a visit to the gorgeous Alpather Lake, settled between Apharwat Peaks, and the Gulmarg Biosphere Reserve is anticipated, housing some elusive Himalayan wildlife like musk deer and snow leopard.
