Detailed Itinerary

Day 1: Welcome to Port Blair + Light & Sound Show
+

Once you arrive in Port Blair at the airport, our representatives will meet and transfer you to the hotel for check-in. You will settle in and have lunch before proceeding to Cellular Jail, a historic site that has remained a witness to the struggles of India’s freedom and where political prisoners were imprisoned and more infamously termed as “Kala Pani.”

Day 2: Island Hopping – Ross, Viper, North Bay + Corbyn’s Cove
+

After downing breakfast, make your way to Phoenix Bay Jetty to begin your island trip. The first stop is Ross Island (closed on Wednesdays), once the administrative center of the British. Walk through its ruins, covered in moss, and pathways beside the coastline, with tall palms providing shade.

You will then get to Viper Island, a beautiful place with a grim history that also lent its name to the snake.

The water lovers’ highlight comes next- North Bay and Coral Islands chartering a glass-bottom boat to admire the lively marine kingdom, or better yet, jump into it for scuba diving or sea walking if adventure calls.

A lovely walk at Corbyn’s Cove Beach at the end of the day to relax over coconut water and enjoy the serene waves is the idea. Then return to the hotel for an overnight stay in Port Blair.

Day 3: Exploring Port Blair
+

First, visit the Samudrika Marine Museum and then the Anthropological Museum. Numerous exhibits depict tribal cultures of the islands, marine biodiversity, and the colonial past. After that, we head over to the Chatham Saw Mill, one of the oldest in Asia and the largest in the Andaman Islands, to see traditional woodcraft in action. Marina Park, Gandhi Park, Murugan Temple, and the Science Centre are other attractions.

For beach lovers, Munda Pahad and Ferar Beach may be an option. Later in the day, head to the busy Aberdeen Bazaar for shopping for local artworks and souvenirs.

Day 4: Departure with Memories
+

On your last morning, you spend it collecting last-minute gifts and mementos: seashell jewelry; outfitted T-shirts, hats, and beachwear. After a tearful goodbye, you will be dropped off at Veer Savarkar Airport for the flight home, carrying stories and memories of a truly magical weekend on the island.
